Case Study - Health
British Association of Dermatologists
Skylark designed three websites for the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) to provide helpful, impartial information and advice on living with a skin condition: Skin Support, Acne Support and Patient Hub. The BAD is a charity established in 1920.
Video, Imagery & Podcast
The BAD wanted to convey a sense of real people across their sites using images and video. We helped them integrate their content strategy using the best types of resources to make their message clear.
Emotional Well-being Questionnaire
The Skin Support website is an online resource available to people in psychological distress due to skin conditions. We developed a questionnaire with elements of the DLQI and PHQ-4 scales for measuring quality of life, depression and anxiety in skin disease patients. Users are provided with specific support materials based on their emotional state.
Easy and Authoritative
We built a clean layout with straightforward navigation, paired with bold, imagery-led promo areas to clearly showcase specific information to users.
